This does what it advertises however, the size or maybe the fit could be adjusted; there's alot of material in the midsection. I've gotten one of these when I became a personal trainer through my org and it fit so nicely. I've had it for over 10 years and it still fits like a glove to this day, its only just now getting ragged. I got the same size but It seems they changed things up, that or i chose the wrong material because this one does feel significantly thinner. Overall, its nice and it'll do the job well at keeping you cool, but I would get a size smaller so it'll fit snug on your arms still and leave less excess material in the torso. I've you've got a stomach, this won't be an issue though.

Very soft and comfortable without irritation. Can be worn for any social occasion and also double for sleeping shirts.
